Frequently asked questions

Answers about ReviewPro, reputation analysis, public review data and responsible use.

What is ReviewPro?

ReviewPro is a tool from Assist AI that helps users analyze a local business reputation. It searches for a selected result, gathers available public signals, compares the result with local competitors and generates a structured report for an owner, manager or decision-maker.

Does ReviewPro analyze every review on Google?

No. ReviewPro works with data that is available through the connected services and public information. In some cases only a limited number of detailed reviews are available. The report should therefore be treated as a practical audit, not as a complete archive of every customer opinion.

Can the report replace human judgement?

No. The report is designed to support decisions. A manager should combine it with internal knowledge, staff feedback, direct customer conversations and operational data. Automated analysis is useful for structure and speed, but context remains important.

Why does local benchmarking matter?

Customers compare local alternatives. A rating that looks good in isolation may be average compared with nearby competitors. Benchmarking helps the manager understand the local standard and decide whether the priority is service improvement, visibility, review volume or communication.

Is ReviewPro only for restaurants?

No. ReviewPro can be used for restaurants, hotels, cafés, garages, salons, shops, medical offices, gyms and many other local activities. The quality of the report depends on the relevance and availability of public data.

What languages are supported?

The interface and report generation are designed to support several languages including French, English, German, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese and Hindi. Some export formats may work better for certain scripts, which is why text export can be recommended for languages where basic PDF fonts are limited.

Does Assist AI store my business search?

The static website does not require an account. The Streamlit application uses configured services to process searches and generate reports. Users should avoid entering private or confidential information into public fields unless they are comfortable processing it through the connected services.

Can I use the report for legal, medical or financial decisions?

No. ReviewPro is for reputation and service improvement. It should not be used as legal, medical or financial advice. Reports are based on public review signals and should be interpreted carefully.

Why are there no ads inside the ReviewPro app?

Assist AI keeps advertising away from tool screens during the approval and quality review process. Educational pages provide publisher content, while the app remains focused on the user's task.
